Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to book chemical services and $25 for haircuts, the deposit will go towards your total service payment.
This secures your appointment and regardless of sick, or no showing, the deposit is non refundable.
If you need to reschedule your appointment and give notice before the 48 hour window is met, the original deposit can roll over to the rescheduled appointment. Once the 48 hour window is met if you reschedule during the 48 hour hour window, you will need to provide a secondary non-refundable deposit of $50 to rebook an appointment.
In the event of a "no call, no show" you will not be allowed to rebook at all.
I have a 15 minute grace period after start time, however, keep in mind if you're more than 15 minutes late it will result in adjusting the original appointment hair service or a rescheduled appointment over all.
Please adhere to the booked time for your appointment. If you're running late (even 5 minutes) please communicate it with your stylist as a courtesy to other clients as well.
